     Insurance Premium)

  -  Review All Star commitment

  -  New Coaches must complete Revised Background Checks

  -  Discuss format for C.I.B. Tournament

     Note: All request for "EXCEPTIONS" must be given to the Commissioner

     of Baseball by March 15th.
