2010 ROSTER INSTRUCTIONS FOR TURN IN TO CBC
#ENV	INSTRUCTIONS			INCLUDE
16	1 For Each Team			1 Copy Of Respective Team Roster Taped to Outside of Envelope
				1 Copy Of Respective Team Roster placed Inside of Envelope
				1 Copy of CBC Registration for each player on that respective team
				1 Copy of Birth Certificate for each player that is needed for that team
				1 Copy of Waiver for each player that is needed for that team
	Total =	16 envelopes		T-Ball thru Pony
1	For CBC President			Mark Outside with President's Name
				1 Copy Of Each Team Roster placed Inside of Envelope
				1 Copy of List of Coaches with Background Check Numbers and
				Expiration Dates.
	Total =	1 envelope		T-Ball thru Pony with the 16 Rosters
1	For CBC Baseball			Mark Outside with Commissioner's Name
	Commissioner			1 Copy Of Each Team Roster placed Inside of Envelope
				1 Copy of Waiver for each player that is needed clipped to the
				respective roster for that team.
	Total =	1 envelope		T-Ball thru Pony with the 16 Rosters
